FAQs: Logistics & Setup

How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for 24 hours. If you need more time, additional hours can be arranged in advance for a fee.

Where are the pickup locations?

  • White Rock, BC: Pickup is near Peace Arch Hospital.

  • Sacramento, CA: Pickup is in Yuba City. Full address is provided after payment.

Do you offer delivery, setup, and takedown?
Yes, we offer full delivery, setup, and takedown for an extra fee. This is ideal for stress-free events and is highly recommended.

Can I leave before the pickup time?
Please stay with the setup until we return. If you need to leave early, contact us at least 30 minutes in advance so we can coordinate early pickup.

What happens if I’m late to my event?
We allow a 30-minute grace period, but the rental time begins at the originally scheduled start time. Delays can impact setup freshness and our ability to serve other clients, so please notify us if you're running behind.

What if we want to extend the time?
Extra time can be arranged in advance for $50 per additional hour. Overnight rentals may be available with different pricing—contact us to check availability.

Do you travel outside your service area?
Yes, we’re open to traveling outside of White Rock or Yuba City. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance—please inquire for a custom quote.

What if the weather is bad?
We recommend having an indoor backup option, especially for outdoor setups. If needed, we can move the event inside or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Do I need a permit for my location?
Some public spaces may require a permit based on group size and setting. Our suggested locations typically do not, but please confirm with your local city or parks department.
